Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustAPI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. The service

JustAPI provides access to third-party and independently hosted AI models through compatible API interfaces. Models, routes, availability, capabilities, prices, limits, and upstream terms may change. We do not guarantee that every model or route will remain available.

3. Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information and protect login credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly revoking exposed credentials. You may not share accounts in a way that bypasses limits or controls.

4. Fees and billing

You agree to pay the prices shown when a request is made, including applicable platform fees and taxes. Prices may change when upstream costs or service conditions change. Prepaid balances, credits, refunds, expiration, and minimum top-ups are governed by the terms shown during purchase.

You are responsible for setting suitable budgets and usage limits. Usage records maintained by JustAPI control billing calculations unless you demonstrate a material error.

5. Customer content

You retain rights in prompts, inputs, outputs, and other content you submit. You grant JustAPI the limited rights necessary to route requests, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for evaluating output and for decisions made using it. Do not rely on output as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

6. Third-party models

Use of a model may be subject to additional provider terms or usage policies. You are responsible for reviewing applicable route information and ensuring that your use is permitted. JustAPI is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

7. Restrictions

You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access without authorization, use the service unlawfully, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTAPI DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTAPI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. JUSTAPI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JUSTAPI DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
